How to Increase Your Vertical to Dominate Your Sport and Win All the Time

You need to know how to increase your vertical. At least, if you're an athlete, you do, and I can't see why anyone else would be reading this. Even if your sport doesn't necessarily involve much running and jump (I'm looking at you, golfers) working on your ability to jump is one of the most worthwhile things you can do.

The vertical leap is included as a general measure of athletic ability, and with good reason. Getting a good vertical requires a combination of strength, speed and agility that translates well, or as well as simple test can, to athletic ability.

The lucky thing is, that goes both ways. Increasing your vertical is a good way to make you a better athlete in general, and that, in turn, leads better performance at your game. The more physical your game, the better the translation. Basketball, football, even softball are all going to be radically improved by learning how to increase your vertical.

The key is that you actually have to train for it. You need to make it a priority for a while and gear all your training towards that goal. Obviously, your off season is going to be the best time for this, but you can do it in season.

You need to have a program that focuses on basic strength training with an emphasis on legs and back. You also need to be working on quickness and agility at the same time, and you need to have your nutrition down. That's how to increase your vertical fast.

If you need help putting that all together, then click here for videos about the training program I use with my athletes. If you really want to know how to increase your vertical, then this is the program that will have you flying.
